ACS Distribuidora is a Brazilian company that supplies computer equipment and components.
This case was not a standard one for our practice. The company approached Axton Global after receiving a credit limit rejection from SINOSURE.
Usually, we work with companies that need to be registered with SINOSURE for the first time or seek to increase their existing credit limits. When a company has already been rejected, the process becomes significantly more complex — SINOSURE’s system already contains a record that the company failed the initial assessment.
After taking on the case, Axton Global:
• Collected detailed information and analyzed the reasons for the initial rejection;
• Collected a complete set of financial and business documents for the client;
• Prepared the submission package for credit investigation;
• Filed an appeal to reopen the company’s case in SINOSURE with full documentation;
• Re-submitted the supplier’s application.
We ensured that all required documents were complete and compliant with SINOSURE’s underwriting standards.
As a result, within 21 days, we received confirmation of the approved credit limit — US$400,000.
With Axton Global’s expertise, the client secured the desired credit limit quickly and efficiently — turning a previous rejection into a successful approval.

A large number of trade transactions with deferred payment between Chinese suppliers and foreign importers fail because suppliers receive credit limit rejections from SINOSURE.
Neither the importer nor the supplier can normally obtain an explanation for the rejection — and as a result, the deal collapses or proceeds only on prepayment terms. In many cases, importers abandon the idea of using SINOSURE altogether, permanently losing access to one of the most efficient trade finance instruments available in China.
Since deferred payment terms from a supplier can fundamentally transform a buyer’s supply chain and working capital model, relying on chance in this process is unacceptable. Axton Global acts as the importer’s interface with SINOSURE, ensuring that the credit investigation is conducted properly and that the client receives the maximum possible credit limit in line with their business fundamentals.
