move away from a prepayment purchasing model and obtain deferred payment terms from Chinese suppliers. Because the company worked with multiple suppliers under different commercial arrangements, the project required coordination across several supplier relationships.
Our solution We reviewed the client’s supplier base and identified suppliers suitable for deferred payment programs. Our team guided the client through the
SINOSURE onboarding process, assisted with the preparation of the required information, and coordinated communications with suppliers throughout the implementation stage.
During the project, we identified additional suppliers that met the requirements for credit limit applications, creating further opportunities
to expand the client’s access to supplier credit.
